Fees and Policies for Counselling Sessions in Newfoundland
EFFECTIVE APRIl 1, 2023. The fee for a one-hour appointment with Denise Sargeant will be $150 plus HST. The last 10 minutes of each session is used to schedule the next appointment, to collect payment and to update file notes.
Sessions can be offered in person in the Grand Bank office beginning November 2, 2022. Virtual sessions are offered throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

Insurance
Most insurances and benefits plans are welcomed and services are covered through naturopathy. We can discuss the details of your benefits plan before getting started. Upon receipt of payment, an official receipt will be provided for you.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot keep your appointment, a notice of a minimum of 24 hours is required. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or you fail to appear for the appointment, a late cancellation fee for the full session rate will be charged. Payment of this fee is due at the beginning of the next session.
